My domain is vanished from Moniker's account, Help

I have a domain ByPG.com, it is just vanished from my moniker's account, How to get it back, is it stolen????

I know they offer customer support, I have called their support, but there was no one available to answer my call, I have also sent an email support@oversee.net and also asked a question at support.oversee.net.

What I wanted to know if something similar had happened to anyone with moniker. I bought this domain on this forum and I was just looking for the advice. This is the very first time something like this has happened to me.

Have you spoken with the person you purchased the domain through? The transfer or push may have failed and reverted back to their account for some reason... just throwing out ideas...

My hunch is that it was also for sale on Snapnames? Your best bet is to get a response from Moniker support.

Acutally I have 3 domains on Moniker, I just listed all 3 of them on snapnames. Even 1 hour ago everything was fine, but when I refreshed my moniker page instead of 3 only 2 domains were shown. Something went wrong during the listing process to snapnames I think.

Hmm. Interesting. Did you try logging out of your account and back in to it?

update: the seller has not responded to my pm yet. I logged in again to my moniker account after 7 hrs., and my domain is still lost somewhere. It took exactly a month for my domain to disapear or stolen or whatever......this is very frustrating

Hi Guys, the mystery is solved, My domain was not stolen, It was taken back by snapnames. Wanna know, Why? Read the following response from Moniker Support Person..

The credit card that was used to register the domain name was a stolen card.

So we had to give the money back to the bank, so we took the name back.

Whomever, you bought the name from stole that card, to pay for it on snapnames.com.

I have sent the seller 2 PMs and 1 email of which he never replied, to clarify his position, even he was online at that time.

So, it is my humble request to the mods or to the owner of this forum, to take action against this person.....if this person remains in this forum,I have lost just $19, but someone may loose hell lot of money..

Since, this has happened to me for the very first time, Therefore, I was pointing in all direction, It was my ignorance that I thought that my domain was stolen . I couldn't imagine that someone on DnF can do such thing. I thought the DnForum is a paid forum, so, there will be no such crap over here.

I am very disappointed. Ban this ^%&*

Wow... that's crazy! You would think they would at least give you the opportunity to purchase the domain for the original purchase price if you really wanted it!

Or atleast contact you and let you know that they were about to pull it back...
