What is the value of one word .CC and .US domains?

Hi, and welcome to the forum.
The question cannot really be answered without more information.
.us domains are certainly more sought after than .cc but often it is possible to find such a good name/keyword that even in the "lesser" extension is worthwhile.
If you want a more detailed answer why not post the names (if you already own them) in the Appraisal Thread and some members will no doubt post their thoughts.

Personally i prefer .us to .cc

Your chances of selling a .us is far more than a .cc
