Neubox.net Domain ownership change

Hello Guys, Is it normal Practice for a registrar to request Proof of ID every time you need to change ownership of a domain?
Every time I request a change of ownership at Neubox.net I am always asked to send proof of ID. One time is cool but every time?
Any other Registrars do this?

No. But then again, be glad they do that, some registrars don't care.

It depends on the registrar.
Some registrars have procedures that involve more red tape. This could be the case here since they are asking repeatedly for ID.
