Number of searches for Keyword Domains

When looking for keyword domains buy and resell, I notice that some keywords (using the google keyword tool) get extremely low exact match results like 30 for example but the very same keyword may get very high broad match results...like maybe 40,000 global and 22,000 local. In the world of selling domains, are these keyword domains with very high broad and very low exact searches typically perceived as having value to to other domainers or end users. Obviously I realize there are other many subjective factors involved , so this question is mainly focused on the "number of searches" factor?

I suppose that include too many keywords names into domain names will make the ones very long and less memorable.
    And won't help for SEO
