Which one is better XXMap and XXMaps ?

Hi!

I am always confused by this: a domain is "XXXXMap.XXX" , another one is "XXXXMaps.XXX" . so which name is better ?

I know "games" might be better than "game" for a domain name, but not sure "map" domain.

The Non S Domain is better. More Likely Preople will type in map than maps. If America is searching the internet for - say - a road Map, the majority of the people will type in road Map, than will type in road maps.
Mostly because they only need 1 map, and secondly because the extra letter takes more time to type. IMO

It's better to have the two.

NewYorkMap.com - if the site is focused on a single area or city or country.

NewYorkMaps.com - if it's more detailed.

You can forward the other domain to your main domain.

Singular is normally better than plural in domains (not always best for websites though), but try to get them both, the singular and the plural version of the domain if possible for various reasons.
