You need to get your feet wet and go in with the knowledge that nothing is forever. Try a parking company, see how it does. If it doesn't go all that well, it's simple to try something else.

The only way to learn is to go hands on and make mistakes, try again, repeat what works.

Thank you for what sounds like very good advice. I will attempt to get my feet wet, but I will do it slowly. I am looking to retire soon, so I am hoping to generate a little monthly cashflow to supplement my retirement. Thanks.
