Question Sedo - 2 Letter Search?

Hi guys

Does anyone know how you search for domains on Sedo using two letters (ie: 3g) ? Whenever I try it I just get a list of exact matches, but not a list of domains that include the characters "3g". It's driving me nuts.

Cheers

Ian

There is a search option that says (begins with: contains: ends with you have to enter it in there.

Edit: I messed up a bit, their is a little dot that you need to click to use the search option, it's on the left hand side on top of the advanced search menu.

If you still need more help i'll make a screenshot for you.

I'm using the "advanced search" sidebar already if thats what you mean Yusio? I've tried "begins with", "contains" and "ends with" and every other combo possible ans at best I get the panel of "common extensions" at the top and 23 "exact" matches. But I know there are hundreds of others with "3g" in the name.

Here try it and tell me what I'm doing wrong:

Good question Simsi
I have sent the following to sedo support
"How can I search for all domains for sale that contain the keyword "3g"?
I have tried and the result is only 23 names
I know there are many more"

Suggest you do the same

It seems any 2 characters only return exact matches

Willdo. Bit of a bummer for all those people trying to sell "TV" domains

It is more evidence that sedo need some competition
Competition that is not interested in charging deuded sellers for featured listings

I've had mixed experiences at Sedo. I just bought a domain there this week actually for a few thousand $$$. I bought it at auction on Tuesday night and I had it the domain up and running with a website by the same time Tuesday! That's pretty impressive service. Before that however, the last two domains I "won" and paid for at Sedo turned out to be fake listings.

Anyway - not here to slam or support Sedo...just want to search for 2 letter domains :(
