I know this is a stupid question but I will ask anyway. Do you need any business licenes to sell domain names. Thanks in advance.

not that I know of. I don't but quite a few ppl on here do because they have their own corporations

No. Not necessary, but often useful for tax purposes.

as long as it is not done in a commercial way, you won't, it is like you sell your car. If you start selling lots of cars a month, it is more like a business and they would require proper declaration.
