In general I don't think these names will have any TM infringment issues. Having said that, it's how you use these names will determine whether they can land you in trouble or not.
If you are new to domains and looking to buy, sell and learn about domains then you have come to the right place. DNForum is the largest domain name community on the internet and continues to grow every day. There are over 105,000 domainers on DNForum doing everything from buying domains, selling domains, learning about domains and discussing domains. Take a minute and Register.
Register Today on DNForum IT'S FREE!I've just registered a couple of domains I found that recently became available:
dubaru.com
dazani.com
I'm assuming both will be decent typos and I'll see how the next 30-60 days pan out.
My question is is there much to worry about from a TM infringment standpoint? The dubaru one in particular is a typo on a very high-ranked alexa domain so I'm guessing that someone might take notice.
In general I don't think these names will have any TM infringment issues. Having said that, it's how you use these names will determine whether they can land you in trouble or not.

I don't see any problem.
dubaru.com should land you in no more trouble than altvaista.com myspacr.com amzzon.com etc
Maybe a bit less as the company is probably less tuned in to the internet.
My 2 centimos.
Why do you think that they recently became available? Maybe someone had them before and they were not getting enough traffic?

What does one have to do with the other?Originally Posted by March2005
I was thinking that maybe someone registered them and they let them expire on purpose because they did not make enough money to cover the registration fee.
"Another point to consider is that low traffic names can still be profitable. You only have to earn 2 cents a day from a domain to cover your annual renewal fee." This is a good quote from NameNewbie.com.
Many parked names earn zero cents a day.

dubaru, dazani = OVT without ext. 0
Your problem is not TM, your problem is it will have traffic only from robots...
I have PM disabled. You can email me: denny startseek com
ThankYouDHL.com
why would it have traffic only from robots?
Basically, if no humans are typing in those domain names into their address bar, and those domains are not indexed by search engines, then only a few non-humans will be visiting those domain names.Originally Posted by mistermouse63
