Transfering domain names

I was wondering if I register a name at GoDaddy say today can transfer to someone elses godaddy account the next day? Thanks again.

ofcourse you can .You can even push it someone else's account after few minutes of registering domain. just use the account change option and push it to whom you want to.Pushing domain in godaddy is instantaneous usually.

usually yes (GD is yes) if it stays within the same registrar. But, there is a 60 day wait period for registrar to registrar transfers.

Push: Move domains wthin the same registrar at any time.
Transfer: Move domains between registrars with a 60 day period after registration or before expiration.
