Transfering Domains from Caught.co.uk?

Hi,

I'm pretty new to grabbing domains, and recently 'caught' a couple through caught.co.uk. I'm told that it's preferred to change the TAG of domains that are caught there from BOWLER/CAUGHT to something else.

I know very little about domain tags. I assume changing the tag simply allows another registrar to maintain the domain name? If that is the case can somebody explain to me how I go about getting the domain names from Caught to 123-Reg for example.
