What is the fastest/best way to sell a domain registered at Enom?

Having the name at enom wont sell the name any faster. That part is up to you. However, once sold, the fastest way to transfer the name is to have the buyer setup an account there (likely already will) and you can push it directly into the buyers account from your control panel.

You mean ask them to register a free account at https://www.enom.com/newaccount.asp then I push the domain to them?

Yes thats the way to do it , although it might read 'transfer to another account" and not read "push".

escrow services at moniker.com , escrow.com and sedo.com outside escrow are the only ones you want to use.

and I have been buying domains but have not been selling them. Thanks for helping with my newbie questions.
