My preference is as follows:
1) Exact match .com
2) Exact match .net .info .org etc
3) Hyphenated .com

as many people suggested, it is always better to get both if possible.

LOL, but seriously, if just parking the page for revenue, how many dashes in between the two keywords can you still get away with and make some nice money?
This obviously comes with a newbie warning from my end, but I actually think some names look much better with a hyphen. These are the names made up of well-known hyphenated dictionary words, so that when you see them run together in a domain name it takes a while to figure them out.
