If a domain previously assigned via WIPO from one owner to its 'legit owner' drops, is there any problem if I buy it? May I suppose the second owner let it expire and he's no more interested in it?
thanks

So, it's a risky investment then.
hum... in that case, how can we make sure that the domain we purchase from auctions wasn't acquired & released thru the WIPO process? Is there a site we can check?
Don't auction companies guarantee their auctioned domains are 'clean'?
