Monte himself, and the Tech Supt dept and people there give very good support and I rank Moniker at the top of the short list of good registrars.

IMO, the problem is some of the acct execs are slow, not good or worse yet unresponsive involving support and communications issues.

You should be very lucky that they give you very good support. Unfortunately, not for me.
I don't know Moniker as a registrar because I've never used Moniker as a registrar.

.......Communication has been far less than expected at best for my first experience with them. Just my 2 cents.

IMO, without mentioning names, the problem is the specific acct exec assigned to your acct. Monte is superb at great communications, tech supt is also usually very good in general. Unfortunately, an acct exec may not reply to your emails and not be good with communications. It would be nice if Monte could handle the accounts personally but perhaps some of you are lucky in that regard and he is in fact assigned your acct.

Hold on... I think the confirmation email was simply for the master list... NOT the live. I gove 4 of them as well, and reading the confirmation email says "Live and Silent" auction... not just LIVE.

The prospective Live List was done much earlier because out of ~200 names submitted for consideration they ask, long time ago, to lower my expectations just for this particular one.
