How is this possible? So your saying if you buy this portfolio, the buyer get your account at Domainsatcost? Also a little unclear on your offer to sell to non-Canadian residents.

This is my wild guess... Taboo lives in San diego US area... so he is not a resident of Canada. He bought the names at pool which didn't verify. Why would they?
