I never owned a .ca what are the limitations on who can buy it

Well, I do see many a US citizen holding a .ca domain name. The rules are that you must have a Canadian presence to own a .ca domain i.e. Office, business, citizenship.Originally Posted by stock_post

You can try. Neither are allowed under CIRA and would result in deletion of the registrations.
