Hey chris....Just a heads up to prevent any possible issues....
Whoever buys it won't be able to take possession for anther 3 weeks though as it was reg'd 9/21/2011 and if I am not mistaken you have to wait 60 days now to transfer or push a name after purchase or last change of registrant / rar.
Doesn't mean you can't sell it. You will just have to have an agreement to push/transfer the name after the 60 days.
