Here is truly an internet business ready to be developed, also I have not tried to find a affiliate for this traffic, so I have only used it for some ppc at SEDO.
Below I have shown the last 2 months stats, since this includes the best traffic since the new boating requirements, I would assume next years stats to be an improvement again.

It was a good domain that recently, because of changes with Transport Canada regulations, became a great domain.
