casabas (dot) com : advise request

We've owned this domain for over 5 years and it is currently parked. It has always been our desire to develop this domain as a softcore busty site featuring pretty models, but have not had success in finding the right partner.

Years ago we had a number of adult related domains with most affiliated with the CCBill program, but literally never made a nickel even though we had decent traffic. We since dismantled our adult ventures and either parked or sold the domains.

We get offers for the domain on a regular basis, but from people who are looking for a steal. We've even shopped it recently, but with the same results. We're not desperate and won't let go as a bargain.

I believe that it is a premier domain,... short, .com, dictionary word, easily pronounced, memorable, dual meaning and commonly associated with the type of content we want to use to develop. Additionally, it fits our in-house criteria of answering the question, "will it work on a t-shirt?".

I'm also requesting input on affordable adult hosting. As mentioned, it's been years since we hosted mature content.

We have travel, pet, automotive, real estate and financial domains/sites that generate revenue, I've got to believe casabas (dot) com can generate some sort of respectable revenue stream.
