DNF$: 120 Location: Canada | How to monetize French adult traffic for a premium name? Hi, I have a really premium (generic one word) adult domain in French that gets most traffic from France. I'm looking for the best way to monetize it, whether parking or through an affiliate program. Can you guys give me some ideas?
Thanks!
DanB. |

Country: | It depends on the amount of traffic. Sedo does ok with European traffic.

Country: | Adultfriendfinder / com - they pay $110 per paid membership, or a % of ongoing membership renewals. Not every member will get a paid membership, but you have to get a heck of a lot of clicks on a parked page to equal one $110 payment. I would set up your own webpage with links to french adult or dating affiliate programs. I know some people here don't like Friendfinder, but they do have some sites in french. You can link directly to the french versions of their sites, and get french geo-targetted banners. What is the word in the domain? |

DNF$: 120 Location: Canada | Thanks for the reply. I wanted to try Sedo, but I saw this: "Please note that due to the specific legal situation in France, a standard portal page will be shown for French traffic. As a consequence, the domain can not be optimized for the French market." Do you know why?
As for the domain, it's not related to dating, but rather to some kind of girls... |

Country: | This is not a TM problem imo.
Sedo now displays a standard portal page for all the traffic coming from France. You should give a try with NameDrive

| I don't think of a TM problem with a generic one word
I know it depends of the account type... I also know that sedopro membership isn't suffisant to display custom parked pages for french traffic...

DNF$: 120 Location: Canada | Thanks guys. Yes, it cannot be a TM issue since it is really a generice, dictionary word, and I'm sure it's not TMed.
I will try it with NameDrive.
BTW, do you guys know Xponsor, if it's a good affiliate program? |
