how long have you had it parked?
Might just have poor keywords... parked.com has been real good with the medical 2 word medical names I own... as high as $3.80... and you prob should not blame parked for making a purchase on a whim without some due process.
Stock Post,
I don't understand why you are so upset.
You assumed the domain would do better because you liked it.
I have no idea how many medical related domains I own. Some are specialty practices and doubtful it would get a great deal of traffic. But I anticipated that.
On the other hand, I have some that have made as much as $9.58 per click.
It has a lot to do with the name, the broad reach and appeal, and the overall strength of it. And, as pointed out, your keywords and description will be crucial also.
I certainly would not buy a domain name and then blame the domain name for not making money. And just because it is medically related is no guarantee to success.
IF you want, you can PM me the name and I'll see if I have any recommendations.
I won't be able to get back to you until sometime tomorrow. Gotta hit the sack and see my dentist in the morning.
The other thing to consider is where the traffic came from.

Stock Post,
Why don't you try other PPCs and see how your domain performs?
Then maybe you can compare and figure out.
That's what everyone is doing.
