No you can't add any javascript. If you want to track visitors the best you can do is insert an image and track it that way. You can do a 1 x 1 pixel transparent .gif and track the requests via your own host.

Yes, if you're already hosting a website or have a hosting account with them. Just add the the transparent gif like whitebark said and track that. They have a program "traffic facts" that fairly detailed.
