If all of the sudden google & msn (and others) lose say a few hundred k (maybe more?) per week that has to make somewhat of a dent right? I think what will happen here is that Google/Yahoo will look to see if they are bringing in more income now vs before arbitrage was nixed...given a little bit of time for things to stabilize. Then, if they determine they are making less money now, they will call up all the Donny's out there, and beg them to support arbitrage again.

The main problem with these arbi opportunities you mention is that CPC is below 1 cent. That will never be profitable because you can't buy traffic for less than $10 per 1000 visits.
