Pornography is termed by an image or movie in which the subject is acting in a manner that is deemed to be sexual or provocative.

Crime is relative, if you click on your own links or get someone to click on your links then you are breaking the rules of a parking program. You are not commiting a crime per se, however the parking program could argue that by your actions of clicking on your links is an attempt to obtain money by deception which is a crime, but you are not a criminal until that fact is proven.

The people who try to abuse the parking programs Terms of Service for the sole purpose to gain undeserved revenue, really are a dissapointment to themselves and the domain community.

It does sadden me that some people think the have some divine right to screw the system.

DONNY you mentioned something that I want to go back to , you said " If you have a porn site and want to direct it to a Parked porn site I don't care" IS that true ? because I always thought you should be allowed to promote parked pages like that. NO deception, no incentive but for example I put up a site about Casinos and write an article with content I then put to find a directory of online Casinos click here or check out www ******* I think that is qualified traffic if someone clicks and then clicks a link probably a good lead IMO Let me know if that's what you meant when you mentioned that

Let's see how I can explain this. If you write an article about casinos and you say this domain is about blackjack, and you link to blackjack.com that's fine. But if you link to health-insurance.info, well, then that's another story since casino traffic is not interested in health insurance.

Porn sites are a whole different issue, since you have the top list issue. But a good rule of thumb is porn traffic is only allowed to go to porn traffic.

And Adult sites (Porn Traffic) are ok even though the TOS state that adult sites or domains that were previously adult sites are Inappropriate URLs, or are of Sexually explicit-language that is sexual in nature (quote from your TOS)

I am somewhat confused as this is contradictive of your own TOS.

If the above is allowed could you amend your TOS to reflect this as I am sure no member would want to get banned weeks or months down the line for breaking the TOS, and to avoid any embarassing issues.

That aside if you say that this is ok and you stand by that this is ok then thats great and parked offer a service that no other parking program do with respect to the hyperlinking.

I see this simple - Parked.com did mistake they allowed CN traffic. There is a xillion of CN traffic out there. Legitimate typo traffic. And what more - this month CN mobile companies practically stopped paying even for those "subscription SMS" which was the only way how to make nice money from CN traffic. So there is now even more CN traffic out there which can not make any money.

I am talking legitimate traffic - and I think most of the banned account was legitimate typo traffic. I.e. I have some big traffic domains - typo of one very popular "free flash music clips" sites. When I found it can make CPM $8 on Parked.com - well I moved it there. As I knew this "no-converting" issue will come sooner or later, I also moved there ome US traffic to give them some conversion. But since the US traffic made very low money there comparing with other parking programs and the lost on the US traffic domains was not even covered with what the CN traffic gave, I moved the US traffic back out from there. Got paid twice total about $2200 for 3 weeks and account cancelled. Thats fine and understandable.

What I do not understand - there was no notice about the cancellation, so I did not know it for dunno-how-long until I tried to login into the account. That was not nice move, if I would've been noticed about closing the account I would move the traffic back to the payed SMS program (at that time it was still working).

Now to the part I think people are asking about. Let's take an example from parkquick.com. http://www.parkquick.com/parked.htm. They do a great example of what is allowed. As you can see he says that you are going to this domain, and it has a purpose. So in this case, this is fine. But you also see he has 2 domains that are parked on there.

If you have banners, large text, etc... That is not allowed.

All of this is a grey area, because in the case above those 2 domains may get 20-30 hits a day from those links (I have no idea exactly), but they may get 2,000 hits total a day. So 20 hits out of 2,000 is nothing. But when those domains are getting 2,000 hits from the parkquick.com page and only 20 others, then I will look at it more.

This goes for all of the people who were scammed into using Pay Per Read, Pay Per View, runner.php, ptp.php or anything similiar. I don't care who is in your upline, downline, sideline, or from behind. I do ban these, your account gets terminated if you pay one of these people to send your parked domains traffic.

And thanks for letting me know about the Chinese traffic issue. I have a perfect solution.

This part makes no sense DONNY or is hypocritical if I owned PARK QUick obviously I am promoting it you are saying if you do to good a job promoting it and get too many hits then I look at it differently. No different than a store owner saying if you steal a candy bar I don't care if you steal a Television I do . EITHER it is legit or its not it can not be grey. Personally I think people should be allowed to promote but more in the way I suggested. I have a site on finance and I say for a directory of other related sites check out ***** which is a parked page THOSE people interested in Finance sites. The parkquick is a parking program review site if someone clicks either of those links they have no interest in the topic they are just looking to see what the landing pages look like. In the example I gave the person clicking has interest in the topic

Donsimon is kidding. I am in China but 50% of my traffic is US and only 10% is Chinese. My point was that for advertiser there is no way how to make profit from Chinese traffic.
