Parkingdot made mistake or was it a joke ?

Hi friends,

I applied for parkingdots account yesterday with more than 100 domains. And I got a mail today with the subject " ParkingDots.com - Registration Status (Rejected)". It was ok with me, I heard that parkingdots not accepting new accounts until they get high traffic.

But another surprise was just after 3-4 hours of this mail. I got another mail with the subject "ParkingDots Domain Setup Notification".

Dear xxxxx

Your domains have been loaded into our ParkingDots DNS server. You may
point your domains to our name servers at your earliest convenience.:

Our name servers are:

ns1.parkingdns.net
ns2.parkingdns.net

Regards,

ParkingDots Customer Support

Now, what should I understand ?

What is happening to me ? Is my account accepted or rejected ?

Can anyone suggest me, what should I do now ?

I tried to login and it was successful. I think my account is activated.

But what if after some ban me and say that your account was rejected before ?

The obvious question is, have you replied to their email or send an email to their support and ask why?

This is the question I was going to ask........

It's always better to direct your questions to the party your having an issue with first, before posting it to a forum.

Is Parking Dots still in business? I cant get an answer via e-mail and the phone numbers I had for them will not work. Has anyone had any contact with them?

Yah, they are still active and moving away from yahoo feed.

Yes. you can write to them at support at parkingdots com.
Also Barbara is an active member on this forum. So you can PM her.
They will move away from Yahoo! on this month end..
Will have new feeds by second week of March. But they will pay for 10 days even they don't have feeds if you park domains with them @ that 2 weeks also.
