If a user right clicks on a link opening it up in a new window ... the number of impressions dont increase, therefore by doing it again they achieve over 100% click through rate. My adsense has not performed this well, but i have had several over 100% ctrs through misc. parking services. Its not often, but happens.

Either this method, or the ppc provider is miscalculating impressions.

Just a small example from this week:

"sccuperiorcourt.org 1 2 200.0"

I've already had CTR's of >100%, too. But that's very rare and it should not
happen too often, because Google might think it's click fraud.

I'm still waiting, too, but I think the longer it takes the better the site will be.

The longer the better aplies in lots of situations but there are just some times when you want it fast and dirty and everyone walks away sighing - that was the daddy. (or back to the wife

Patience will be a virtue here. There are a few people complaining even though they have already had one site done already. An update will be posted shortly. Please cut a little slack over both response times and finished products.

This all seems a lot like what you can do with page generation systems (e.g. trafficequalizer.com) in combination with ArticleBurner.com. This does seem more streamlined, but something we could upload to our server would be cool.

I got this done for one of my domains, and the results are pretty spectacular:

Traffic increase - 300 - 500 %
Revenue increase 400% plus (today is like 600%)

I look forward to getting some of my other domains done as well and can't wait!

Yes we have found the same increase for most of the domains using our custom pages.
We offer a service for these pages for a small fee, but as you can see its a huge help.

Nice setup. Can I guess some of the "more" to be done was to redo that header on your adventure-ski page showing skiers rather than 3 guys on snowboards? Heck, maybe they'll be prompted to click on any ski adsense ads instead. Was that the idea?
