PPC Templates and Directory submission.

Hi, if I use a service to get my domain listed in a few hundred directory as I successfully did with one of my other site, will it be rejected because it is a template?

Please post your submission experience using templates.

Regards,

David

Re: PPC Templates and Directory submission.

No, it will not be rejected because as with the templates you will be submitting pages with actual content on them. The sites are optimized for SEO and should index well once submitted as well.

Re: PPC Templates and Directory submission.

I submitted one of my template to 250 directories and most of them accepted my site. A few rejected it for using too many ads. So far so good. I have 8 more been submitted in the next few weeks so I'll keep posting.

Belz.

Belzibut, any update on your results from submitting to directories? Do you recommend it?

Submitting to various directories are beneficial.

Just make sure you submit to the main ones as well, Google, Yahoo, MSN and so forth.

Both. Although paid directories are best.

Before u submit to yahoo....just have check there isn't anything duplicate or fishy on your website that you have added. This is coz if the guys at yahoo dont approve ur listing.....u might have problem getting indexed in yahoo. Check out http://getafreelancer.com . here you can find DMOZ editors for as little as $30 if u get a bargain willing to add your website at DMOZ. Add to your niche directories but before adding check out the other websites listed in ur niche category. Have they benefited? If not then its not worth the time submitting.

I checked out getafreelancer, it seems people on are willing to pay editors hundreds to get their site listed on DMOZ.

the last time i checked around a month back they were bidding $30 lowest.........try posting the requirement and dont accept any bids above $30. As more people r getting there the bids must have increased a bit.....still u can try. Getting anything under $100 is still a bargain.

I am having a hell of a time getting accepted for adsense..this means I won't buy any adsense driven sites..not until I get an account. I think it has to do with content..but how much content do they want? I had one site..ok it only had like 3 articles..

Would I get accepted for adsense IF I purchase one of the templates?

As an approval site it is best to have a small site with some content to submit.
The PPC templates need your adsense code to become completed.

We do offer a cheap design service for $199.

This includes a complete website template, 5 pages with related content you provide, a logo, header, footer and complete meta tags. This will be more then enough to get you in and as well be a great site for your domain and search engines as it is completely unique.

Huseyin,

Most of the serious web directories out there won't accept this kind of MFA sites, firstly because of their purpose and secondly because of their duplicate content. Basically what these guys are doing (not only DnForum but all the other turnkey sellers) is to take hundreds of free articles from article directories and set up sites.

Imagine that the same articles are copied by thousands of other users across the net...google won't find them useful and your sites won't rank unless you target longtail keywords. Also there were some cases when websites were devalued or penalised for duplicate content.

You guys have two options here...first one is to pay someone to rewrite all the content on your sites and second one is to submit only to free / low quality directories that approve hundreds of links in bulk so you might get a chance to have your website approved.

I would also advise DnForum to hire a team of cheap writers (there are lots out there), charge a bit more and do a proper job. I would rather prefer a website with 10 pages of unique and relevant content than a website with 400 pages of crappy, duplicate stuff...

Hope this helps...

Thanks

We have now introduced a new feature with our tool for these sites.

We want to make it easier for clients to change their cotent, meta tags, keywords, categories etc, so we have come out with a new version of the tool that includes a complete CMS that allows you to completely control your website.

You will receive the exact same site but now be able to modify your site with ease from changing your adsense code to the complete content on every page including removing pages.

Here are some of the new features:

-Manage Categories: Add/Edit/Delete the categories and subcategories

-Manage Articles: Add/Edit/Delete Articles

-Manage Custom Pages: Add/Edit/Delete unlimited custom pages such as "Contact us", "FAQs," "Links," etc.

-Manage Ads: The new version enables you to change your ad network, your Public ID, and also enables you to add banners or affiliate links.

-Edit Template: The version helps with online editing of template files and 100% customization is allowed.

A demo will be released Monday to view.

One of our live examples already using it is: http://www.rashes.ca/

The entire site is completely manageable and extremely user friendly.
