I assume it would only help to put ppc sites on domain names i intend to develop right?

And if some are all in the same industry, forwarding them to the same PPc site is still a good idea.

I ask of course because I don't want to hurt my self with SEO when it comes time to develop.

All names I am referring to currently have very little to no traffic.
