Here are 5 of mine for the past 6 months May 20 - Nov 24. I have just embarked on a major overhaul of layouts, keyword changes, removing duplicate content and other tweeks. I took down a few that did 0 over the same period. I'd love to know what others have done. If they were successful what did they do or did it just happen.

In short, one of my templates with high type-in traffic does well on its own, another earns me money if I buy traffic, and the third didn't work out..

How long do these templates take to create and manage? Are they worth it only to sites that are already recieving traffic or to those that recieve no traffic as well?

again as I have said on another thread. For this to be profitable they require traffic and a some high paying keywords. The examples you give have both, so you will do well with a template (aprox $50 plus monthly hosting). Basically, you are paying them to create the content (well done) but you need to be able to justify the costs. Just take a hard look at your site/name before jumping in.
