I have contacted customer service and sales numerous times regarding an code issue I am having with my PPC sites. Also a PPC site where the articles have nothing to do with the domain ie. Home theatre systems with articles about rugs and cigarettes. Cmon
It has been two weeks and I have gotten no response. Well actually Chuck said he would pass it on to Adam. While I realize I am a small fish, I would appreciate some good old fashioned customer service on this matter. My last email to sales was a few days ago and still no response. I have applauded DNF for their services in the past. Now I am complaining. I totally understand that Huseyin is now gone but at least acknowledge me and let me know you are dealing with the issue. Otherwise I am taking my mini-site business elsewhere. I have had almost 30 sites done and was willing to continue to use this service. I won't be spending any more money until I get closure on work I have already paid for.
