Is there any other layout from the ones that have been posted? Also are we able to alter the adsense code with ease?

You can edit the ad code if you like using a text editor or bulk text editor. We can also make the changes for you. The template is also css driven.

So its all HTML? no headers / footers etc?

If you look at the template examples given, that is exactly what you will receive.

You receive the template, header image to compliment your site with navigation menu, header, footers etc.
