Where do I get pub code, channel code, etc? - DNForum - Domain Sales, Domain Forum, Domain Appraisals, Domain Registrars

I must know less than I thought. I see the three property info codes but that's it. The sooner I can fill out the form, the sooner my site will be purchased and up. Thanks all

Channel codes are things you create to identify one campaign form the other. It is not necessary unless you want to do tracking under your account id.

Pub code is your unique adsense account code, you can find that when you go get code to put on your page, it will say pub-

That's about it.

You wont have an ad channel unless you create one.

You must be an existing google adsense member to have those codes, so is that what you are after? how to create the adsense account?

or is it where to get the codes in your adsense account?

Where to get the codes in the adsense account. Is it in the "property info" section. I just want to fill in properly these three things they ask for in the PPC templet

Add new channel<--- click this. | Manage channels...

Set up a different channel for each ad. Like if you have a tobacco site with two banners, call one tobacco top, and the other tobacco bottom. Get it?

Got that. If they are going to create a template then why would I go ahead and set up a custom channel? Aren't they going to do that or do I give them the code and they put it in the site. This will be my last question, promise

If you have a adsense account go to adsense set up and set up an ad for content. The pub is your adsense id. the channel # is usally the name you give your ads to track. You can find this # in your html at the end of the adsense setup. The search channnel # you find in the html at the end of the search logo setup. hope this helps, thats how I found the numbers, when I purchased a PPC template
