I would make a counter offer with a higher number and see if they go up with their offer. If not then I would take it.
$100 is not the highest you can get for your domain, but it's a good reseller
price. So make a counter offer and try to get to a higher price. I'd say $250
is a good price to sell the domain for if it's still undeveloped.
