127 links in, PR1, ~1000 UV/m
I recently picked up a domain on auction that had 127 links in from directories, ~1000 legitimate UV/mo from southern US area and PR1. Without knowing its name, what could the value based upon this data be?

Would like to know before I sell it back to the original owner...
