Those are big shoes to fill.
Well obviously it's a desired name or no one else would be registering the other tld's so it has to have some value. I think im developing it though.
I have had the dotcom of domains with other 7 extensions taken and NO OFFERS OR DECENT TRAFFIC IN 3 YEARS, so the "desired domain" hypothesis is too weak to support any value estimation.
It may not be the case here, but sometimes ALL of the non-dotcom extensions are under the same registrant, thus reducing the "desired name" interest to 2 people in all of this vast Earth.
