    I also think mp3.com is trademarked throughout the world by the very popular website of the same name. This might be a little like registering:

    TheSONY.com or
    TheMICROSOFT.com

    I think companies are cracking down on perceived copyright/trademark infringement.

    My appraisal guess: $0.00 plus legal costs!

    OK, my bet is $100 real dollars that TheMP3.com will go from eBay at $250 or more.
    Anyone is convinced enough in the worthless themp3.com that is ready to win or loose a $100 ?

    $100 DNF says it doesn't go for $250 on eBay to a legitimate buyer. Have seen similiar names sell for $10.00 or less.

    MP3 gets great Oveture and Google numbers, but it's a crowded and mature market.

    Are you for real? No one is foolish enough to take your bet. All that is required is two eBay usernames. The first username will create the eBay ad and the second will shill the bid to $250. You win $100.
