add a "s" in .com or simply use .biz?

I'm thinking which option is better for my business: "ABCGroups.com" or "ABCGroup.biz"? (say, ABC is my business initial). Sure "ABC.com" has been taken and used by others already, only "ABC.bz" is available. Besides, a single word/verb (say, "generate") can describe my business well, and "generate.cc" is available, so what's your option among the followings?

    1. "ABCGroups.com"
    2. "ABCGroup.biz"
    3. "ABCGroup.info"
    4. "ABC.bz"
    5. "generate.cc"

or anything you can think of?

    Thanks for your help!

    how about abc-inc.com or abc-corp.com ?

or buy abc.biz from the owner, it should be cheap if he reg it for sale.

.cc shouldn't be your company site, you may use it to redirect traffic and for the sake of search-engine.

    .bz is a bad idea.

.info shouldn't be used if you sell products, not providing information.

Try offering a dollar amount for the dot-com.

It can't be terribly expensive. Are they using it?

I would stick with dot-com. If you must use variants, (-) may make more sense than an (s)
