    I think adrevenue.info would be worth at least the $300 by itself. I would lower the prices on the others though.

    The reason I think adrevenue is worth more than $50 is because the whole internet, tv stations, and magazines all basically operate because of ad revenue and people in the domain business are all trying to get ad revenue too. I could be wrong but it seems like a good name to me.
