$1000 - $1500
$500 to $4000 depending on if you want a quick flip.
I don't think that much of it.
It's all dependent on what is done with the name and the pitch. Smart phones and web 2.0 have changed the industry drastically. While forum names held a lot of value back in the yesteryear. Forums are a bit outdated replaced by blogs, etc. It definitely has value, end-user value. I say develop it if you cannot find an end user.
You can also look at it in the light of Billboards. Advertising (Bill)Boards. It might be a bit of a stretch though, pitching it like that.

I think that this is the best option, right now in my opinion this domain is worth low $xxxx
I'd say it's ok but it will be hard to sell even to a reseller might be a touch and go I would say about mid XXX is what you would get unless you find an end user.
