as in W3 Consortium at w3.org which is the governing body behind Web standards.

But w3 in general is understood to refer to the 3 w's or www.

So W3 Digest is abreviation for World Wide Web Digest or WWW Digest.

For your domain i dont see much value until it is developed..

The domain seems to be directed to a different site when i checked...

Well could be developed into a information portal...till then say a max high XX or actually a low XXX - personal opinion as like the name myself

It has less characters and it is easier to say. It is also arguably easier to spell.
