    I really can't see a huge stampede for this one unless there are a lot of women out there with that name that absolutely must own the domain.......Also, you are dancing a little close to a branded entity.....Be a smart guy and close the book on this one!

    I will watch the possible trademark infringement. Its just name and surname and I am in South Africa which can be quite a safe haven. And a quick check showed that "Rachel Day" "Rachel Ray" are both not registered trademarks in USA or UK. But I did find Rachel Zoe in a couple of countries so please beware=> She is going to rule the world. (She is a POWERFUL stylist to the stars about to launch an international brand.)

    I want to approach them with a good price and sell the domain off. I just need a good price point to work with.
