Who you've met does not impact the value of this name. Just look at the overture. It has to be making low-mid xx,xxx every year just on PPC. Why are people not considering the fact that it is making good money and gets lots of generic, natural traffic?? Just the name itself is good but when you factor in the traffic and earnings it becomes VERY good. How many generic names do you own that have 6,000 OVT with extension? I know I don't have any. This is a rare gem, and a definite earner, nice buy.

For this (probably untargeted) traffic $15K is fair price. If there would be sure it is "horoscope people" traffic, I would say $30~$50K (depends on audience structure and origin). Because horoscopes and related is nice profitable industry.

If this domain would be worth millions of $ as some here suppose, than all existing domain names would probably have bigger value than whole United States.

With 6,000~ overture with extension, traffic could be anywhere from 700-3000 a day. Alexa is not reliable at these ranges and so I wouldn't assume the overture count has been inflated here.
