When Overture was still showing the value of each paid-for click through, the highest bids, per click, for the word mesothelioma were around $43. US attorneys were willing to pay $43 per click just to have someone look at their site, trying to win business from victims, I guess.

I reckon if you were willing to buy up a whole range of keyword loaded domains for this subject and develop* them to gain high search engine ranking you would be sitting on a goldmine!
