I would say a LOT LOT more than 1% drink beer here in the US. probably at least 40% if not 60%+

1% highly targeted.. (Drink beer whenever they can) My teacher in a marketing class showed us a report about this! But 3 millions highly targeted is REALLY good.. 40%-60% Maybe for alcohol in general.. Don't forget that many people prefer wine and vodka over beer!

My bad.. it was 68% that DO NOT drink beer in America or 32% that drink beer and 32% of those that drink beer are drinking 88% of the beer in America.
Targeted group are males between 25-30yrs. old that watch a lot of TV and sports!!

I would say $xx undeveloped only because it is beerforumS and not beerforum, but develped it could be worth a ton. Still a good name.

Just ask yourself this question, which with 1100 domains in my personal stable, I have to ask myself everyday, "When will I have time to develop it". Counter offer the guy at $800 and sell if you can't answer the previous question with, "tomorrow".

Take the $500 imho. It's a fair offer. Unless you truely feel you can develop this into a money maker and you have nothing better to do.

I agree with most comments but think I'd go a little higher in value. Looking at some comp's, guess I would judge it higher than MoparForums but lower than CancerForum; also think I would judge it somewhat below FishingForums. So perhaps between $750 and $1,500.
