'bet19' is not a giant OVT keyword but I understand you count on selling it to the .com owner. Well, I am not sure about a usefuleness of this strategy and would rather go for decent keywords like 'free internet poker', 'free internet casino', etc.

Not necessarily. IMHO (what I've written above). If you're an active broker and dont bother sending offers to .com owners you can succeed (but seems to be a risky business).

Currently i am working on some other website and i'm spending most of my time on developing that one (with small success - after 2 months goolge pagerank 5 and 11 000 visitors so far), so i don't have spare time to develop any other site. The reason i purchased bet19.eu was strictly business, i simply thought it was quite a good idea. Well, everybody can be wrong. But hey, i still have almost 1 year to sell that name.
