I can see this type of site taking off but I have no experience.
Maybe others know more.

Pros as I see them= Simple and generic; fairly memorable.
Cons as I see them="Pills" a bit simplistic; market saturation re: online drugstores, 3 words.

I see domains similar to this with high asking prices on greatdomains.com. How accurate of a barometer is greatdomains.com?

The prices for most of the domains that are listed in Great Domains don't refelct the real market value of the domains. It seems like the prices were set before the dot com burst and have not changed since then. There is not real indicator what a specific domain could be worth. I think only a minimum could be set judging from other sales, the market the domain represents, traffic, searches etc.
