Of course not. For example, let's assume hypothetically there is a company called WorldCom and they are still in business... Would they have a TM on world.com? No. They would have to get worldcom.com.
This is the same idea. .GP is an extension. The domain you registered is "casino" dot GP. You will be set.
What does the .gp extension stand for? As a keyword alone, the value is obvious.
