Forget the first one.
Second one has potential - $50. Impossible to value developed as there are too many factors involved - the main one being how much money you're making.

NamePopper, I think you are better off devoloping those. Good keywords that could do wonders in terms of high rankings in search engines. I also agree that CheapHostingPlans.com is better.
