Would appreciate valuations "as such" and ideas/advice about development. How about offering free/nominal-fee e-mail addresses to members of the three major religious groups?

I like them, but do not know the value of the domains. Sorry...
On the other hand, if I would have seen them, I probably would have registered a one or two.
Good names for dating sites.
Or grocery stores.
DryHeat,
I have a lot of experience in buying and especially selling Christian domain names. I have owned, sold and also developed many over the years, including BIBLE.NET, BIBLES.NET, SALVATION.COM, CHRISTIANS.NET, PRAYER.ORG, PRAYERS.COM, PRAY.NET, TITHE.COM, FAITHFUL.COM and many others.
I would value your CHRISTIANS.US at $800.00 retail value currently. JEWS.US I would say about the same, perhaps up to $200 higher than CHRISTIANS.US.
These 2 domains are cases when the plural is more valuable than the singular (referring only to .US domains). This rule does not apply to .COM/.NET or .ORG, just to geographic (country) domains.
Hope this helps...
Adam
